Diddy Searches for Assistant Via YouTube

When it comes to applying to be Diddy's assistant, resumes are so 1995.

The rap mogul has launched an innovative campaign aimed at hiring his new helper by asking applicants to post a video on YouTube explaining why they deserve the job.

"We're gonna do something that's different. We're gonna have a lot of fun with this," Diddy, otherwise known as Sean Combs, says about his employee search in a YouTube video. "If this job interests you, why don't you upload your video interview."

"It's a new age, a new time, a new era," Diddy opines. "Forget coming into the office and having a meeting with me and being nervous."

The only requirement given is that the videos must be under three minutes.
