Mel B - Access Hollywood correspondent

Melanie Brown aka "Mel B" will be a recurring guest correspondent on "Access Hollywood" for ABC's "Dancing With The Stars.

Mel B was a finalist in season five and will deliver reports from the set on Monday and Tuesday nights and will document backstage moments.

"I'm ecstatic to continue working with my Access Hollywood family," Brown said in a statement. "I am looking forward to the new season of Dancing with the Stars."

The Spice Girl and Eddie Murphy's other ex Nicole Mitchell, who divorced Eddie in 2006, spent the afternoon enjoying lunch @ The Ivy yesterday, a scene which would no doubt send shivers down Murphy's spine.

Don't forget, the HOT MAMA'S are both British GALS... Brit Chicks RULE!!

MEL B: First of all, I'm a very independent woman so if you're trying to control me, that's not going to happen. In any relationship, it's all about compromise. We were going to buy a house in Malibu and move in together. Somehow things got confused along the way because there were certain things that went on in his house with his lifestyle that I wasn't prepared to be a part of. So that became a trippy discussion, which ended up where we both refused to budge.

Tomorrow's segment talks about Eddie as a father, her new leading man, and her next steps now that paternity has been established.

Eddy Murphy IS the Daddy

LOL.. if you've been out of the loop, it was confirmed... EDDIE MURPHY IS the father of SPICE GIRL MEL B'S baby.

Singer Mel received the news in LA from the Beverly Hills Clinic where Murphy had been ordered by a court to take a DNA test earlier this month.

Murphy has denied from day one that he was the father of Mel's second child ANGEL IRIS.

I can't really say I would have loved to see his face when he was told, because he knew that baby was his from the get go, hilarious....

Last week Tuesday (April 3rd) Mel B gave birth to Angel Iris. Mel B's pregnancy had been dogged by rumors that Eddie Murphy is the father which he denies.

Ironically Angel was born on Eddie Murphy’s birthday, LOL

Murphy is still requesting the newborn to undergo a paternity test to prove that he is or not the father.

Personally, having grown up with 'Spice Mania' and although I only know Mel B from a 'media' perspective.. Why the hell would she say he's the father if he's not? I can't wait for the truth to come out.
