Lindsay Lohan voluntarily checked into Malibu’s Promises centre for “intensive” treatment on Monday following her arrest for DUI at the weekend.

Rihanna has joined the lineup for Live Earth: The Concerts For A Climate In Crisis. The pop princess will perform inJapan as part of the 24-hour seven-continent live concert beginning July 7th in Australia. George Michael had a cocktail of drugs in his system when he was arrested in his car last year, a London court has heard. The singer has admitted driving while unfit, but lawyers argue his condition was caused by prescription drugs. Sentencing has been put back to 8 June.

Oprah Winfrey personally called Robin Thicke to request he perform on her show for a second time after his first appearance. Apparantly his performance in April sparked such a huge wave of calls and emails to Harpo Studio’s that Oprah decided to call him personally.

New Line Cinema is developing a new DVD movie called The Crib, which is being co- produced by Ice Cube's production company, Cube Vision.
