Every year, tens of thousands of people flock to Parliament Hill to take part in the noon show with the Prime Minister, the Governor General and the Minister of Canadian Heritage Status of Women and Official Languages and Minister for La Francophonie. This year they mark and celebrate the founding of the Canadian state 400 years ago; from Champlain to today.
