Boston based Jones Apparel Group has informed the world of finance & fashion that they have formed a joint venture with Dame Dash, wife Rachel Roy & TSM Capital LLC .The deal is worth an estimated $4 billion, to develop, market & license Roy's self titled clothing line in which the aforementioned will obtain 50% interest in the venture while the latter threesome will split the remaining half of the mergers stake.
